MedFortify performs security testing only under a written agreement defining authorization, scope, timing, and rules of engagement. Nothing on this website authorizes testing of any system.
Engagement terms
Pricing shown on the website is a starting point. Final scope, fees, timing, deliverables, and responsibilities are established in a signed service agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or submit unlawful or sensitive clinical information through public forms.
No business associate relationship
Using this website or submitting a form does not create a HIPAA business associate relationship. Such a relationship exists only under a separately signed business associate agreement.
Communications
By submitting your contact details, you agree that MedFortify may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry. We do not send marketing texts or use autodialed or prerecorded calls.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MedFortify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Engagement liability is governed by your service agreement.
